Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Supervisor



Quality officers manage and implement a company's quality assurance and control systems to ensure proper product execution and customer satisfaction at all times. From leading a team of quality control analysts to implementing best practices throughout the production process, quality officers are the gatekeepers between the products that are created and end up in the hands of customers. Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Supervisor

Report on quality measures

Quality officers report quality metrics to other members of the management team. It is essential for the overall functioning of an organization that everything is done to the highest possible standards.

Identify protocols for safe working environments

People in the field of quality assurance often work with large equipment which can be dangerous. The quality agents ensure that the safety protocols are in place and respected.
