Field Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

The on-site coordinator oversees the operation and implementation of services at the job site or at the client's site. Whether scheduling technicians to visit customer service or maintenance or coordinating the efforts of multiple contractors on a major construction project, the site coordinator ensures that the proper personnel, equipment, and supplies are in place. available to complete work on time and as customers expect. In collaboration with on-site personnel, customers, and external vendors, on-site coordinators ensure the smooth running of site operations, including site safety and quality of work. Site coordinators often divide their time between the office and the workplace. Depending on the industry, they may inform the owner or the operations manager.

Duties and responsibilities of the field coordinator

Working hours

This includes monitoring surveillance equipment and other equipment used by field personnel, coordinating safety training, conducting accident investigations, and compiling safety reports.
